The Dallas Stars seem to be stuck in a rut since the All-Star break, and the trade deadline shakeup hasn't brought them out of it. The only thing that's gone right recently has been beating rival Colorado on Sunday. That likely put the nail in the coffin for any mathematical chance the Avalanche had at winning the Central division this season. Colorado's been in an even worse tailspin, going 1-7-2 in their last 10 games.
